4.7. Operation 8 programs - glass plate
Activating
Turn main/operating switch to 1 = ON. Adjust the (high) foaming system.
Check the dosing pumps. Check in every wash bay the control panel and test the spray equipment according to
the different washing programs at the instruction panel.
Activate a wash bay
Each wash bay has his own control and instruction panel.
According the payment and the chosen program, the different components will be activated.
DiBO control unit
- The main unit is equipped with a touch panel to operate the DiBO control.
- The DiBO control display shows the status of:
* Failures
* Status of the installation
* Working hours
* Operating functions
The control is equipped with a touch screen terminal. This means that there are no keys anymore.
The screen is touch sensitive. By touching softly the right place on the screen, the terminal knows what is ex-
pected. To start the main menu it is enough to touch the ‘DiBO’ logo on the screen softly.
The access to the various menu’s is set by password levels.
For the general overview, a password is not necessary the other screens are standard provided with a middle
(0001) and high (0002) password.
In the calibration level you add/delete users and add more detailed parameters off users.

Screens
Below the start up screen is visible. You can also check the date, day of the month and the clock.
Push the ‘DiBO’ logo to go to the main menu. You can also manage the alarms (when they are active) by push-
ing the icon left below. When there are no alarms, the icon will not be visible!
