Troubleshooting

Installing the Driver Separately

You can install METAZA Driver 2 and the software at the same time. To install all at the same time, see

P. 24

"Installing the Driver and the Software"

Procedure

Log on to Windows as an administrator or as a member of the Administrators group.

Insert the DGSHAPE Software Package CD into the computer.

When the automatic playback window appears, click [Run menu.exe]. The setup menu appears
automatically.

Uninstall METAZA Driver 2 if it has been already installed.

Go to Step

if the driver is not installed or has been uninstalled.

Click [Custom Install].

Click [Install] for METAZA Driver 2.
