WARNING
To prevent tipping during transport, securely fasten unit to shipping pallet until final destination has been reached.
TOOLS REQUIRED

UNPACKING COMPRESSOR CARTON
1.
Carefully remove the shipping carton from the pallet containing the compressor.
2. Visually inspect the entire compressor for any shipping damage.
Visually inspect the motor isolator mounts for tearing.
If shipping damage is found, immediately contact the freight carrier and supplier.
3. Using a 7/16" wrench, remove the four nuts that secure the compressor to the shipping pallet.
4. For easier handling, four rubber grips have been
installed on the frame of the compressor for lifting
(FIGURE 2)
.
NOTE:
Lifting the compressor assembly by any other part
or location could result in damage to the compressor.
5. Verify additional parts shipped with the compressor for
use at installation:

Doctor’s Packet
Installation Packet
Maintenance Chart and Head Service Kit
Low-voltage Wiring Connectors (Installed on Aeras Control)
NOTE:
The compressor is shipped with the shut-off valve in the CLOSED position to limit exposure of the system to
humidity. OPEN the valve after installation.
