About this task

The following image indicates the location of the assembly inner frame and provides a visual representation of the removal
procedure.

Steps

1. Unroute the antenna cables from the routing guides on the assembly inner frame.
2. Disconnect the speaker cable from the connector on the system board and unroute the cable from the routing guides on the

assembly inner frame.

3. Remove the two screws (M2x5) that secures the assembly inner frame to the system board and the palm-rest assembly.
