CAUTION: Hard drives are fragile. Exercise care when handling the
hard drive.
Procedure
1
Connect the interposer to the hard drive.
2
Place the hard drive in the hard-drive bracket.
3
Align the screw holes on the hard-drive bracket with the screw holes on
the hard drive.
4
Replace the screws that secure the hard-drive bracket to the hard drive.
5
Align the connector on the hard drive with the pins on the system board
and place the hard drive in the computer base.
6
Replace the screws that secure the hard-drive assembly to the computer
base.
7
Route the speaker cable through the routing guides on the hard-drive
assembly.
8
Connect the speaker cable to the system board.
