b. In the lower pane, view the desired disk's details.

If the disk displays a RAW hard drive and primary partition, as shown below,
skip to Step
8 on page 69.

If the disk is unallocated, proceed to the next step to create a partition for
DAS Cache:
3. In the Disk Management window, right-click the SSD disk you are allocating for
DAS Cache and select New Simple Volume.
The New Simple Volume wizard appears.
