The tools for troubleshooting a problem include the supplies and equipment you use to print
cards:
Blank cards to print, used at several stages of troubleshooting
Ink ribbon and retransfer film
Cleaning supplies, especially printer cleaning cards and a cleaning swab
Something did not print

Nothing printed on the
card.
The Disable Printing
option in the Card Printer
Driver is set to All, Front,
or Back.
Open the Preferences > Layout > Advanced
tab and change Disable Printing to Off.
The ink ribbon or
retransfer film is loaded
incorrectly.
Remove the supply and install it correctly.
The page size was not set
to the correct size.
If you use the Card printer Driver, Use the
page setup feature of your application to set
the page size to ISO ID-1 Retransfer. The
correct page size is available after you select
the printer.
If you use TruCredential software or another
card production application, refer to your
user documentation for information about
how to specify the page size.
