94 Troubleshooting
232: Retransfer debow error
The printer has encountered an error in the retransfer debow area. The card will be canceled.
1.
Press the U
SER
button to move the card into the reject tray and clear the error.
2.
If the error occurs again, open the printer access door and look for a card in the debow area.
3.
Turn the K1 manual advance knob to move the card out of the printer.
4.
If the problem continues to occur, request service.
On the PC, click Cancel.
233: Smart card contact fail
There is a critical error with the smart card contact. The card will be canceled.
1.
Press the U
SER
button to move the card into the reject tray and clear the error.
2.
Send the card job to the printer again.
Click OK on the PC to clear the message.
234: K1 transport card jam
The card did not reach the required position on the K1 horizontal transport. The card will be
canceled.
1.
Press the U
SER
button to move the card into the reject tray and clear the error.
2.
If the error occurs again, open the printer access door and remove the C2 retransfer film
cartridge.
3.
Turn the K1 manual advance knob counterclockwise to move the card to the output hopper.
4.
Remove the card from the output hopper.
5.
Replace the retransfer film cartridge.
6.
Close the printer access door.
On the PC, click Retry, or click Cancel to cancel the card.
