3. From the System Control Monitor (SCM) prompt, you can enter the SCM menu
system to change configuration parameters, or boot AViiON System Diagnostics.
To run a diagnostics acceptance test, refer to the instructions in the manual
Using AViiON  System Diagnostics . When you finish running diagnostics,
restart your system from the SCM prompt using the following command:
SCM>
To change asynchronous Port B, display console, mouse, or keyboard
configuration parameters, refer to Chapter 5 in this manual, Using the SCM
Configuration Menus." After changing parameters, you will need to reset your
system as described in Resetting the Computer System," at the end of Chapter
3.
After resetting your system, restart it from the SCM prompt using the following
command:
SCM>
4. You can proceed with installing your operating system when your system stops
for input and asks:
Do you want to configure any nonstandard devices? [no]
