1.
Install the O-ring on the portflange and
install two pins in the stator for
alignment of the holes. Lubricate the
O-ring with water before installation.
2.
Align the pins in the stator with the
portflange pin holes and place it on top.
6.1 Assembling the
booster pump series
04 and newer
WARNING:
Do not use silicone when assembling the
iSave. Do not reuse disassembled O-rings;
they might be damaged. Always use new
O-rings.
Important:
It is essential that the pump is serviced in
conditions of absolute cleanliness. All parts
must be absolutely clean before mounting.
Lubrication:
•
To prevent cold welding, Danfoss
recomend to use thread lubricant for all
screw threads for installing the iSave
and first tighten the screws by hand.
If using any grease inside the unit it should
be Cassida RLS 00 or equivalent. Use only
the smallest possible amount.
•
It is important to lubricate ALL parts to be
assembled with clean filtered water
(Especially all PEEK parts).
3.
Install the screws and tighten them to
the torque specified in the exploded
view.
4.
Rotate the assembly and install the 2
O-rings. One in the side of the hole
(position 139) and one in the bottom of
the hole (position 136)
Note: Use Part list to identify the right o-ring.
