The client is subject to resource constraints.

A: This may be due to:
Network is not stable.
IP address conflict.
MAC address conflict.
LAN switch malfunction or config problem.
Network interface card breaks down.

Q: Alarm signal cannot be disarmed.
A: This may be due to:
Alarm setup is incorrect.
Alarm output has been enabled manually.
