Non precision approach with coupled autopilot
Coupling with autopilot may be made in “NAV” mode, except in the
following cases :
-- holding pattern,
-- landing pattern turn,
-- interrupted approach,
which have to be made in “HDG” mode.
For memory, the approach particular point name in the GARMIN system is as
follows :
-- IA = IAF
-- FA = FAF ou FAP
-- MA = MAP
-- MH = MAHP
