33-3 config mld_snooping mrouter_ports
Purpose
Used to configure ports as router ports.
Format
config mld_snooping mrouter_ports <vlan_name 32> [add|delete] <portlist>
Description
The
config mld_snooping mrouter_ports
command allows you to designate a range of ports as being
connected to multicast-enabled routers. This will ensure that all packets with such a router as its
destination will reach the multicast-enabled router
−
regardless of protocol, etc.
Parameters
Parameters
Description
vlan_name
The name of the VLAN on which the router port resides.
add | delete
Specifies to add or delete the router ports.
portlist
Specifies a range of ports to be configured. (UnitID:port number)
Restrictions
You must have administrator privileges.
Example
To set up static router ports:
