config dscp_mapping 

Purpose

 

Used to map the DSCP value in the IP header of incoming packet 
to one of the four hardware queues available on the Switch. 

Syntax

 

config dscp_mapping dscp_value <value 0-63> [class <class_id 0-
3>] 

Description

 

This command is used to configure DSCP mapping to traffic class.  

Parameters

 

<value 0-63> 

−

 The DSCP value of the incoming packet you want 

to associate with the class ID. 

<class_id 0-3> 

−

 The number of the Switch’s hardware priority 

queue. The Switch has four hardware priority queues available. 
They are numbered between 0 (the lowest priority) and 3 (the 
highest priority). 

Restrictions

 

Only Administrator level, Operator level or Power User level users 
can issue this command. 

Example usage: 

To configure DSCP map to traffic class:
