Questions on Using Comfort

User Code Forgotten
The User Code has to be first deleted and then added again. The user
with the Master Code (User 1) must get into Program Menu (User Menu
9). Press 5 for User Code, and 2 to Erase User. Select the user number
to be erased from the list. This erases the user code and messages. To
erase all user codes and reset to the default code 1234, go to Program
Menu, press 5 for User Code and 0 to erase all Users. You can add a new
user using Program Menu (5,1). If the Master Code is forgotten, your
installer should be able to reset the code to default 1234. They will
probably charge for this, so please be careful not to lose your master
code!
Keypad beeps when any key is pressed
If one keypad is being used, either for intercom, voice menu access or
baby monitor, other keypads are shut out, giving a long beep tone if any
key is pressed. In urgent situations, press F on any keypad to end the
current operation on the other keypad and allow you to use the keypad.
