After power up, the keyboard does not work.
1. Make sure the keyboard is plugged into the Y cable attached to the
keyboard port.
2. Make sure the keyboard is an AT style keyboard NOT an XT style.
3. Try using a new Y adapter cable.
4. Try using a new keyboard.
5. If the problem persists, contact your CTC equipment supplier or
CTC’s technical support for assistance.
After power up, the Ethernet port does not work.
1. Make sure the Ethernet cable is plugged in.
2. Make sure the networking software is being loaded. Check the AU-
TOEXEC.BAT file. See Resolving AUTOEXEC.BAT and CON-
FIG.SYS problems on page 59 for more information.
a. Verify that the following line does NOT have the word “REM” in
front of it:
C:\NET\NET.BAT
3. Make sure that you have properly configured the networking software.
See Configuring the Ethernet Interface on page 35 for more informa-
tion.
4. If the problem persists, contact your CTC equipment supplier or
CTC’s technical support for assistance.
