Operation and Cleaning
Effective date
30.09.2013
MOVE => Moves the ma-
chine to the control position
SPEED => Traversing
speed without imaging
WORK SPEED => Travers-
ing speed during imaging
After clicking on the respective "Move" button, the head will move at the
preset speed to the respective position of the configured parameters, and,
if necessary, eventually check the position. Here, the positions for the
quick-start bar can be subsequently configured. (S = screen change posi-
tion, P = park position, T = test position (exclusively for operating the
camera))
“WORK SPEED” indicates the speed in X and Y directions when the imag-
ing is performed, the position of the head and the reset between two imag-
ings. These values should only be changed by a service technician.
The park position should be determined by the operator. Service work can
be performed when this position is selected.
The work position is the starting point defined by the user. This position is
used for calculating all other positions required for imaging.
Attention!
Changing the work position at this point in time will mean that
the start positions that have already been saved in the DLE main settings
menu will no longer correspond.
The test position is an additional position, which can be used as required.
CST recommends assigning the test position as the position of the cam-
era. This allows you to make quick position changes between the individ-
ual positions.
When changing the position, the position where the head moves to after
completing the imaging sequence is defined. The movement of the head
to this position is analogous to the move to the park position, which is ex-
ecuted by clicking on the "S" button in the main menu.
