12. Warranty
Cruzbike Bicycle Limited Warranty
Cruzbike will repair or replace any original equipment parts it determines to be defective for a period
of 180 days from date of purchase at no charge; the frame and fork have a lifetime warranty. The
owner of a Cruzbike bicycle must present his/her bicycle for repair, within the warranty period, at an
authorized Cruzbike dealer or local bike shop, together with an original sales receipt or similar proof
of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non transferable. This warranty
does not apply if the recommended weight limit for Cruzbike recumbents is exceeded. Cruzbike
cannot be responsible for failure due to improper assembly, modification of parts or instructions,
neglect, abuse, accident, and/or normal wear. The warranty does not cover any bikes used for rental,
competition, or commercial use. Cruzbike neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume any
other liability in connection with Cruzbike bicycles, and there are no oral agreements or warranties
collateral to or affecting this agreement. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow a
limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the limitation may not apply to you.
Activating your Warrantee

Designed For Maximum Rider Weight Of 250 Lbs.: All Cruzbike recumbents are
engineered for a maximum rider weight of 250 lbs. (115 kg) and heavier persons should not ride
these models. Failure to heed this Warning may result in a structural failure that could cause an
accident resulting in serious injury.
To activate your warrantee, please go to http://www.cruzbike.com/warrantee.html and follow the
instructions there to enter you serial # details. You will receive a confirmation email from us. (If you
purchased your Cruzbike online from Cruzbike.com, you are already registered and your warrantee is
