Power off all blades/systems in the failed subrack

Open the front and rear doors of the CS400-AC cabinet.

Disconnect all power cords and data cables connected to the failed subrack.
5.
Place the cable management bar in the down position.
Depending on the configuration, the cable management bar (four M6 screws) may need to be removed to
provide clearance to remove the iSCB module and power supplies.
6.
Remove the iSCB module.
7.
Remove the PSUs.
8.
Remove all GB522X blades.

Remove the front bezel.
10.
Write down the positions of the three DIP switches. This will make it easier to properly set the switches in the
replacement subrack.
11.
Remove the screws mounting the subrack handles to the rack frame. (Four M6 screws.)
12.
Grasp the subrack handles and carefully pull the subrack out approximately 2 inches from the cabinet.
13.
Position the lift in front of the rack and raise the platform so it is flush with the bottom of the subrack.
14.
Set the lift brake.
