A FRESH APPROACH TO VENDING
7.1.2 Resettable Sales Data
This menu contains similar data to that available from the Non Resettable Sales Data menu.
However, once viewed and recorded, data from this menu can be cleared from the machines
memory.

Navigate: Data Recall / Resettable Sales Data (Overall Totals, By Product, Cash,
Cashless or Token Vends).

Select Overall Totals. This menu displays both the total £ amount and total vend count
(since the last time it was cleared) for the data fields shown.
N.B. Please see 7.1 Data Recall Menu for detailed descriptions of these data fields.
Once the operator has viewed and recorded required information from these sub-
menuʼs, the data can be deleted by pressing Reset then Yes to confirm. Press
Previous Page to exit the menu without clearing the data.

Referencing the list displayed, record the audit data. When complete, press Previous
Page to return to the Resettable Sales Data menu screen.

The operator can also view and record resettable monetary and vend data for individual
product by entering the By Product menu, and also view and record data relating to
Cash, Cashless and Token Vends using their relevant sub-menus.
To return the machine to standby mode (at any point), close the front door.To re-enter
the programming mode, see 6.3 Accessing the Programming Mode.
7.1.3 Events

Navigate: Data Recall / Events (Power Losses,
Last Data Clear, Last Vend, Last Clock Set).
Information for the events: Last Data Clear; Last
Vend; Last Clock Set, are displayed directly on the
Events menu screen as shown.
