WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This Warranty does 

not

 apply to defects or damages 

caused by misuse, alteration, use of incompatible 
accessories, electrical power problems, impact by 

foreign objects, accident, fire, acts of God, normal 

wear and tear or shipping damage other than during 
original shipment from Craftmatic

®

. Mattress 

depression of 1-1/2” or less and perceived lack of 
comfort of the mattress are also not covered. 
The Product Manual delivered with your bed contains 
important weight restrictions information. Exceeding 
those weight restrictions voids this Warranty.  
If a serviceperson is sent to your home in response 
to your request for warranty service and in fact 
there is no defect to be remedied under the terms 
of this Warranty, you will be responsible for the 
cost of that visit.  
This Warranty shall not be extended or restarted 
upon receipt of any repair or replacement component 
under this Warranty. No person is authorized to 
extend or otherwise modify this Warranty.
