For two digit date entries, if the year entered/displayed is:

Precision
Precision is specified as a coefficient of variation (CV) based on at least 31 replicate
determinations of the same sample. See Table 4.1.
Precision of the WBC differential parameters is specified at 95% confidence limits. See
Table 4.2.
