manufacturer and with local wiring regulations. Incorrect installation may result in damage to persons, animals and pro-
perty. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for such damage. The cabinet is supplied with two 3m long cords (white
for the power supply, black for the lighting system), and with the appropriate plugs. Do not exceed this length when con-
necting to the wall power outlet (see fig.9 on page 8).
The power cord must be spread out, safe from shocks and far from liquids, water and heat sources, and in perfect con-
dition.(IF THE CORD IS DAMAGED, HAVE IT REPLACED BY SUITABLY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL).
Ensure that the available power voltage matches the values on the rating plate of the equipment. Consider also that the
maximum voltage fluctuation allowed is +/-6%.
Before connection, check that the power source impedance is equal to or lower than 0,383 Ohm.

IMPORTANT: CONNECTION TO THE EARTHING SYSTEM IS MANDATORY. Failure to meet this safety provision dischar-
ges the manufacturer from all responsibility. If the equipment is installed far from the power source, provide for a con-
nection that complies with the standards in force.
The cabinet was designed only to be installed against a wall or back-to-back (back to back).
THE MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMS ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING
FROM INCORRECT INSTALLATION.
6.TECHNICAL FEATURES
The built-in electrical system is composed of safety and control devices suitably located in the top and the bottom part
of the cabinet, see fig. 1 on page 3. A sealed plastic envelope containing the relevant diagrams and part lists is atta-
ched to this instruction manual and must be kept with it. The technical details of the cabinet, appear on the rating plate
affixed onto the inside of the same (see fig.8 on page 8).
The sound level generated by the cabinet under operation is below 55 dB(A). The cabinet does not generate harmful
vibrations.
WE HEREBY DECLARE THAT THE EQUIPMENT COMPLIES WITH ITALIAN LAW OF 25/JAN/1992 N° 108 THAT IMPLE-
MENTS EEC DIRECTIVE 89/109 ON MATERIALS AND OBJECTS FIT FOR CONTACT WITH FOODSTUFFS.
WE HEREBY DECLARE THAT THE CABINET IS SUITABLE FOR THE PRESERVATION OF FROZEN FOODS UNDER ITALIAN
LAW NO.283 DATED 30/APRIL/42 AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS, AND UNDER DECREE LAW OF 29/JAN/81,
OFFICIAL GAZETTE DATED 26/MARCH/81 NO.85.
7.LOADING PRODUCTS
Power the cabinet up using the wall circuit breaker. The cabinet will then start its cooling cycle. Allow approximately 6
hours before loading any foods, which must already be at their preservation temperature. THE CABINET IS FACTORY-
SET FOR THE ANTICIPATED PERFORMANCE.
When loading products make certain that:
• they are similar in size and type;
• they DO NOT EXCEED the shelf limit of 100 kg/sq.m
• Products must not block the upper air discharge or the lower air return.
