Note that mobile devices will be directed to the Google Play store, or Amazon App store
(depending on individual device support) for app updates. Plato devices will update directly
using our own Convert Technologies service.
Note that updates to the Plato device will require access to its touch screen. Follow all on-
screen prompts to complete the update process.
Media Usage
The media usage option shows current drive use statistics on the selected server.
Hardware Info
The hardware info option displays hardware revision numbers of all hardware components.
Sometimes this information is useful in dealing with support issues.
This information is sent automatically in all debug logs (see section 14.1.6).
EULA
Select the EULA option to display the end user license agreement. The EULA has to be agreed
on the first run of Plato, but can be viewed at any time using this option.
14.1.2.
Progress
The progress page is used to report progress of time-consuming server based operations.
These operations include:
Export,
import, including CD ripping,
downloads from HighResAudio website,
media rescan,
meta data tag editing.
Each operation includes a progress bar which indicates how much of the process has
completed. We also use this page to show basic error reporting where appropriate.
