Unpack and Inspect the Quick Release Ceiling Mount Kit

Inspect the exterior of the shipping container(s) for evidence of rough handling that may have damaged 
the components in the container.

Unpack each container while carefully checking the contents for damage and verify with the packing slip. 

Overview of Using a Quick Release Ceiling Mount Kit

The UAP Quick Release Ceiling Mount kit is designed to be installed in a standard 60 cm x 60 cm (2' x 2') 
suspended ceiling grid. If the grid uses 120 cm x 60 cm (4' x 2') ceiling tiles, add an additional cross-runner 
(cross-tee) to the main runner to support the unit. A minimum overhead clearance of 70 cm is recommended, 
as shown below.
