Auto-dialler mode

In auto-dialler mode, a call from an Intercom station or an input message will be transferred to a pre-
defined call number. If the call is not answered by this telephone or if the telephone is busy, the call
will be transferred to another call number after a configurable time. The order in which the call num-
bers shall be dialled is defined in so-called dialling sequences.

Call numbers and dialling sequences

Up to 8 call numbers can be defined, which will be dialled in case of a call (e.g. from a door station
or an emergency call station).

For each call number, a maximum of 24 digits are allowed.

Call numbers can be arranged in up to 8 different dialling sequences.

The dialling sequences set the order in which the call numbers are dialled.

The dialling sequences are selected with inputs to which e.g. a time switch is connected.

Each dialling sequence is able to contain up to 15 call numbers. Thereby, each call number can be
dialled several times (by entering a call number several times in a dialling sequence).

Example

Call numbers:
1. “Guard 1”
2. “Guard 2“
3. “SIP mobile phone 1“
4. “SIP mobile phone 2“

In the daytime, “Dialling sequence 1” is selected (by a time switch).

When a call is initiated, the 1st call number of “dialling sequence 1” is dialled (“Guard 1“).

If the call is not answered within a configurable time or if the number is busy, the next call number
of “dialling sequence 1” is dialled, and so forth until the end of the dialling sequence (“Guard 2“,
“Guard 1“, “Guard 2“ etc.).

At a certain point of time (night time), “Dialling sequence 2” will be selected (by the time switch).

The order of the calls now is: 3 x “SIP mobile phone 1“ and 3 x “SIP mobile phone 2“

NOTE: Restart of the dialling sequence

If the call is not taken over by the last call number, it is possible to restart the dialling sequence

(
