Incoming call from the telephone to the Intercom system
Initiate call
The telephone interface can be called from any telephone in the telephone network. Afterwards, the
telephone receives the location message.
After the location message, the call has to be accepted with the 1- to 4-digit code (“#” by default).
Afterwards, Intercom functions can be carried out, e.g. calling an Intercom station.
Individual messages
are configured (e.g. “Conversation to one–zero–two”), these messages are
switched on e.g. after starting a conversation or cancelling the conversation at the telephone.
Repeated speech messages can be interrupted with “*” (
see also “Individual messages” on
). However, each message has to be listened to at least once.
Cancel conversation
A conversation can be cancelled at the telephone with “#” or at the Intercom station with
X
.
After the conversation has been cancelled, the connection to the Intercom system stays upright for
a configurable time. During this time, a new conversation can be set up or other functions can be
carried out in the Intercom Server.
If the telephone is only hanged up without pressing “#”, the connection is automatically disconnect-
ed after approx. 6 seconds.
