General telephone functions
Initiate dialling of

at incoming calls
For a call from the telephone to the Intercom system, it is possible to configure that button
0
(at the
respective called station) is dialled automatically. This feature can be used e.g. in combination with the
following Intercom functions:
Initiate a call request to a control desk (the call lasts until it is taken over)
Trigger a defined direct dialling function (e.g. call to a station or a predefined conference)
Configuration CCT 800
Interfaces > TEL
Activate the checkbox
Dial 0 at incoming call
for the telephone interface.
Common functions of the telephone interface
DTMF after-dial mode
In default PABX mode, 8 seconds after entering the last digit of the respective telephone number, the
after-dial mode is switched automatically from DTMF dialling to “Intercom dialling”. I.e. it is possible
to after-dial into the Intercom system.
Via the following configuration in CCT 800, the possibility for after-dialling in the Intercom system can
be deactivated – i.e. the after-dial mode is permanently switched to DTMF dialling:
Interfaces > TEL
Activate the checkbox
Fix DTMF after-dial Mode
for the telephone interface.
Block incoming calls
Via the following configuration in CCT 800, calls from the telephone network to the Intercom system
can be blocked:
Interfaces > TEL
Activate the checkbox
No hook-off at incoming call
