Pre-recorded audio for speech storage
Several pre-recorded audio files for the G3-TEL/G8-TEL card can be found at
www.commend.com
. For
the download of speech messages (WAV files) to the telephone interface, the configuration software
CCT 800 is required.

WAV (all sample rates, stereo/mono)
Steps for configuration
With the “pre-recorded audio” client in CCT 800, the following configurations have to be carried out:
Import audio files into the library
Create a playlist
Add audio files to the playlist via drag and drop
Enable audio files for transmission to the server
Allocate IDs
Select the destination client(s)
Download the playlist to the card(s)
Recording messages at the Intercom station
Speech storage messages (
see “Standard speech messages” on page 17
) can also be recorded at the
Intercom station. The recording can be performed in normal operation in order to test the speech stor-
age messages immediately.
Configuration CCT 800
Subscriber > Attendant contacts
Right-click on the telephone interface and select the option “Add attendant contact”.
Subscriber > Attendant contacts > station number >

PA-Numbers
Right-click on the empty field and select the option “Add output...”. A dialogue appears.
In the empty field, enter a name for the dummy contact and click on
OK
.
Click on
Configure PA
. A dialogue appears.
In the field, enter the code “99TT” and click on
Add
.
Click on
Accept
.
