2.3 Connecting the ASAP P2.5X using a three-way adapter

To combine

LINE 1

and

LINE 2

into one wall jack, you will need to connect the

ASAP P2.5X

using a

three-way adapter:

Connect the AC Adapter cord into the

PWR

socket on the back of unit and connect the other end into

your standard 110VAC electrical outlet.

Connect a three-way adapter to the telephone wall jack.

Connect a telephone line cord to the

LINE 1

jack on the back of the unit and connect the other end of

this cord into the three-way adapter

LINE 1

jack.

Connect a telephone line cord to the

LINE 2

jack on the back of the unit and connect the other end of

this cord into the three-way adapter

LINE 2

jack.

You can purchase a three-way adapter at stores that sell telephone related products.

2.4 Connecting telephone lines to extensions

Connect telephone line cords into extension jacks on the back of the unit and connect the other end of the
line cords to telephones, modems, answering machines or fax as needed.

Note:

To change any features, you must use the attendant telephone,
