6.7 Conference call
The following combinations of extensions and telephone lines can be used for a conference call.

3 extensions for an intercom conference.

1 line and 2 extensions.

1. Press flash or receiver button once after receiving call or making an intercom call:
- The system tone is heard.
- The other call is placed on hold.

Press the number of the next extension.

Press
again to establish the conference call.
6.8 Busy extension / telephone line notification
If you call an extension that is busy or are unable to get an outside line, this feature lets the
ASAP P2.5X
notify you when the extension or outside line become available.
When a busy extension or a phone line becomes available, the system notifies your extension.

to get notification from an extension number.
Or, press line number

to get notification from the designated line.

to get notification from any line.
4. Hang up.
To cancel this feature
1. Lift the handset.

Note:
When you are notified that a phone line is available, it is not necessary to press
for an
outbound call.
