3.16 Flash time adjustment for extensions
Used for internal call transfer. The initial flash time is assigned for 700 milliseconds.

1. Lift the handset connected to
EXT 20
- the system tone is heard.
2. Press
- you will hear a long system tone.
3. Hang up for two seconds and then lift the handset. You will hear the system tone again.

to select the flash time (10~99 means 100ms ~990ms. e.g. press
for
600ms).
6.
Replace the handset for two seconds, then lift the handset. You will hear the system tone again.
7.
Press
- you will hear two short system tones.
8.
Hang up.
3.17 Pulse or tone selection
The system is set up for tone lines, no programming is required. To change this setting:

3. Replace the handset for two seconds and then lift the handset. You will hear the system tone again.

If the phone line is designated as tone, one tone is heard.
•
If the phone line is designated as pulse, two tones are heard.

Replace the handset for two seconds, then lift the handset. You will hear the system tone again.
8.
Press
- you will hear two short system tones.
9. Hang up.
Note:
A tone phone is required to check voice mail messages remotely.
