Note :
When an incoming call is recorded, the
ASAP P2.5X
will call the programmed telephone
number. Upon answering the call, you will hear, “You have a message. Please press 2 to play
recorded message.” You may repeat the same procedure 3 times.
To cancel an outside telephone number
1. Lift the handset - the system tone is heard.
2. Press
3. Hang up.
To enter a pager number

1. Lift the handset - the system tone is heard
2. Press
3. Enter pager number (max. 25 digits).

Hang up.
Note:
When a page is received, your extension number will appear on your pager display.
To cancel a pager number
1. Lift the handset - the system tone is heard.
2. Press
3. Hang up.
Note:
If you enter both a telephone number and a pager number, the telephone number has priority over
the pager number.

6.1 Intercom call
To dial an internal extension:

Lift the handset - the system tone is heard.
2. Enter the desired extension number

The system can be programmed to notify you when a busy extension becomes available. (See
