complies with the requirements of directive 1999/5/EC of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 9 March 1999 on Radio equipment and Telecommunication Terminal Equipment.
A copy of the R&TTE Declaration of Conformity for this equipment is contained in this
manual.
This Sea Tel C Band antenna will meet the spectral density, stabilization accuracy and, when properly connected
to the modem, the automatic cessation of transmission requirements of the 2005 version of FCC 47 C.F.R. §
25.221. Please refer to the declaration included in this manual.
