BRAKE CLUSTER ADJUSTMENT
1.
Chock the wheels.
2.
To provide slack in the brake cables, loosen the equalizer retaining nuts (1 and 5) on the equalizer rod (2)
.

Loosen the front brake equalizer rod

Remove the dust cover (4) on the left and right rear brake cluster assemblies
.

5.
Use a torque wrench and a 7 mm 8–point socket or Club Car brake adjustment tool (CC P/N 1013582) to turn
the brake adjustment bolt (5) on each brake clockwise until it is tightened to 15 ft·lb (20.3 N·m) then back off
5 clicks.

NOTE:
If a wheel can still be turned by hand after step 4, inspect the brake clusters and clean and/or replace all
parts that do not work properly.
6.
Repeat procedure at front brake clusters.
