IQ PLUS ELECTRIC VEHICLES
TROUBLESHOOTING
The following troubleshooting guides will be helpful in identifying operating difficulties should they occur. The guides
include the symptom, probable cause(s) and suggested checks. The procedures used in making these checks can be
found in the referenced sections of this maintenance and service supplement.
TROUBLESHOOTING THE VEHICLE WITH THE CDT
Club Car recommends the use of the CDT handset for troubleshooting vehicles equipped with the IQ Plus electrical
system. Troubleshooting Guide 1 is to be used in conjunction with the CDT handset. Refer to the CDT Owner’s Manual
for operating instructions.
See following WARNING.
WARNING
• The vehicle operator should not monitor the CDT while the vehicle is in motion. A technician can
monitor the CDT while traveling as a passenger in the vehicle. Failure to heed this warning could
result in severe personal injury or death.
In the event that the vehicle is not functioning properly after completing Troubleshooting Guide 1, the technician
should proceed to Troubleshooting Guide 2.
If an CDT handset is unavailable, the technician should proceed to Troubleshooting Guide 2.
