2.13.6 Printing average data
A printout of the averages of data stored for each location can be made from the
report menu. Access the report menu by pressing the [
REPORT
] key from the main
data screen. From the next screen, press [
AVERAGE DATA
]. From the average data
screen, press [
PRINT
].
It is important to note that when security is enabled, average reports are generated
for each combination of program AND location AND user for which sample data
exists. Furthermore, samples taken while security is disabled are considered taken
by “the unknown” user when security is afterwards enabled and average data
reports then made. Suppose, for example, 4 samples of data are taken at
ID=default id. Two of the samples are taken with security disabled, and two are
taken by USER A with security enabled. If security is disabled when an average
report is made, all four samples are averaged for the report, as shown below, which
does not list any user.

If security is enabled prior to generating the average report, two average reports
are made, one for the unknown user whose name appears as a blank, and one for
USER A. The user name appears just above the location ID name. An example
report appears on the following page.
