After checking everything, tap the [OK] key.
When the portal site receives your registration
information, it will temporarily register the user
ID and password you entered in the procedure
above.
After the temporary registration is confirmed, an
e-mail containing the a URL for registration will
be sent to the e-mail address provided as the
user ID.
Within 24 hours after receiving the e-mail,
access the URL and perform final registration of
your user ID, password, and unit.
After completing final registration, you will be
able to access the Clarion member pages and
ClarionMiND owner-only pages on the portal
site. For details about using the portal site, see
Using the Portal Site
(P. 118).
NOTE
•
You can use a browser on your PC to perform
user registration on the portal site. For details,
see the membership registration pages at the
Clarion portal site (http://my.clarion.com).
•
Even if you perform user registration on a PC,
you still will need to use the unit to perform
unit registration.

Using the Unit to Register
the Unit Only
After you finish performing user registration on a
PC, perform the following procedure to finish
registering your ClarionMiND device.

On the Home screen, tap the Portal Sync
key.

Tap the [Register Device] key.
This displays the unit registration screen.

Enter the user ID and password and then
tap the [Register] key.
This displays the screen shown below.

Tap the [OK] key.
NOTE
To view the units that are currently registered,
tap the [Registration List] key on the Portal
Sync screen.
