f) Push Force/Clamp Force ‒ Current-Limiting Value Correlation Chart (Rough Guideline)

CAUTION:
・
Be careful not to apply lateral load on the piston rod during pushing.
・
The relationships between push force and current-limiting value and clamp force and current-limiting value
in the above graphs are rough guidelines. The values vary depending on conditions of use. Verify them in
accordance with conditions of use.
・
For push/clamp movements, set the press-in distance so that the movements start 0.5 mm or more ahead
of the actual push/clamp position. If the work piece is pressed-in at a position where push/clamp
movements have not started, it will trigger an alarmc.
