Adjustments and operations
The clutch was designed to give security to the
tractor and equipment, whereas it is already adjusted
on the factory. If it slips during working, stop the PTO
immediately, retighten the 06 bolts gradually and then
proceeds the job. Thus, when retightening the bolts or
when changing discs, use a torquemeter and adjust it
according to the table.
If it happens frequently, re-check the size of the
grooves, as they probably are not according to the
recommended factory size.

Clean and grease the tractor and equipment PTO shaft (A) before mounting the cardan.
The figure that can be seen on the cover indicates the correct fixation side to the tractor.
Install the security devices always on the side of the equipment.
Couple the cardan to the PTO shaft of the tractor by pressing the pin; introduce the
terminal to the axle in a way that the pin locks the terminal to the canal.
Check if the button returns to its initial position after being fixed to the PTO shaft.
Before operating the equipment, be sure that the cardan shaft is locked and fixed on
both sides.
Start the tractor on a low rotation to check its total functioning.
