Preparing an MV U320-R or MV U320-RX
NOTE: Steps 1 through 9 of this section describe a process that is
common to single (unstriped) and dual (striped) volumes.
The process diverges after step 9. At that point, see
“Preparing a
Single (Unstriped) MV U320-R” on page 6-26
or
“Preparing Two
(Striped) MV U320-R Units or an MV U320-RX” on page 6-35.

After the computer boots-up, right-click on the “My Computer” icon on
the desktop (Windows 2000) and select “Manage”. Or, for Windows XP/
Windows 2003, left-click on Start, then right-click on “My Computer,”
then select “Manage”.

The
Computer Management
screen appears. Click “Disk
Management” at the left side. See Figure 6-15.
