No 3D effect
When viewing 3D content, I cannot see the 3D effect.
Resolution
1. Select Menu > Channel Setup.
2. From the Channel Name list, select a 3D channel.
3. In the left pane, select 3D Control.
4. Verify that Enable 3D is selected.
Ghosting / cross-talk
When viewing 3D content, I see blurred edges and misaligned images.
Resolution
1. Select Menu > Channel Setup.
2. From the Channel Name list, select a 3D channel.
3. In the left pane, select 3D Control.
4. Raise or lower the Dark Time field value.
5. Raise or lower the Output Delay field value to match the values of your 3D system.
Motion artifacts
When viewing 3D content, I see motion artifacts.
Resolution
1. Select Menu > Channel Setup.
2. From the Channel Name list, select a 3D channel.
3. In the left pane, select 3D Control.
4. From the L/R Display Sequence list, select Left (L1R1 L2R2).
Disturbing flashing in one eye
When viewing 3D content, I see distracting flashing in one eye.
Resolution
1. Select Menu > Channel Setup.
2. From the Channel Name list, select a 3D channel.
3. In the left pane, select 3D Control.
4. From the L/R Display Sequence list, select Left (L1R1 L2R2).
