Maximum messages each voicemail account can hold.
Extension for checking messages:
Users can dial the extension defined here to manager his voicemail box.
Say message Caller-ID:
Play the caller ID information before the message. If not described, or set to no, it will be in
the envelope.
Allow users to review:
Allow sender to review/rerecord their message before saving it.
Play Envelope:
Turn on/off envelope playback before message playback.
Max Greeting:
Maximum length of greetings in second.
Message Format:
Define the message format.
Save:
Save the changes.
Cancel:
Discard all changes.
Activate:
Submit the changes to the system to take effect.

Service Number
Service numbers are functions and commands you can enter on the extension while it’s idle. Please refer to section 4.4 for
the detailed information about each function.
Click “Advance” menu, and “Service Number” submenu, the “service number manage” page will appear.
