Number:
This is the number for the auto attendant which can be called from any extension.
Name:
Name of this auto attendant.
Key Action:
Here you can specify the menu options. Select the appropriate actions for each key. There are four
actions for each key:
No Action:
No action will be taken, system will send error message to user and ask for another input.
Go to Extension:
System will transfer the call to the specified extension.
Go to Queue:
System will transfer the call to the specified queue.
Go to Ring Group:
System will transfer the call to the specified ring group.
Go to Auto Attendant:
System will transfer the call to another auto attendant.
Auto Attendant background:
Upload:
User can also upload a pre-record audio file. The audio file must be in G.729 format.
Auto Attendant Invalid Input sound:
Upload:
User can also upload a pre-record audio file. The audio file must be in G.729 format.
Save:
Save the changes.
Cancel:
Discard all changes.
Activate:
Submit the changes to the system to take effect.

Click “Advance” menu, and “voice mail” submenu, the “voice mail settings” page will appear.
