A:
With a helper place Tunnel Assembly over tunnel supports. Make sure (501) Tunnel Top is centred over
the pilot holes in (460) Tunnel Left End and the tops of both boards are flush to each other. Ends of the Tunnel
Assembly should sit tight against both (390) A Frame Uprights. Attach (460) Tunnel Left End to (501) Tunnel Top
with 2 (S4) #8 x 3” Wood Screws. (fig. 51.1 and 51.2)
B:
Make sure the bottom of the Tunnel sits 2” up from the bottom of both (491) Back Tunnel Support and (490)
Front Tunnel Support then attach 1 (S10) #8 x 1” Pan Screw to each support in the holes closest to the A Frame.

Maintaining the 2” measurement on each (491) Back Tunnel Support and (490) Front Tunnel Support install
5 more (S10) #8 x 1” Pan Screws in each support working from A Frame towards the main fort. (fig. 51.3)
