Turn the Table Assembly right side up.

Place the Sand and Water Insert into the opening of the assembly then tighten all the bolts. (fig. 1.9)

Secure the Sand and Water Insert to the assembly using 8 (S13) #6 x 5/8” Pan Screws as shown in fig. 1.10

and 1.11.

Place the Seat over the Sand and Water Insert.
