Pyxis MedStation 4000 System Console User Guide

Deleting a combination dose

The following procedure explains how to delete a combination dose.

1. Select

System Setup > Formulary Management > Combination Dose

In the Combination Dosage Meds dialog box, select or search for the
combination dose and then click

Delete

2. In the confirmation message, click

YES

3. In the second confirmation message, click

The Combination Dosage Meds dialog box appears.
