Updating information globally
Pyxis MedStation 4000 System Console User Guide 149
1. In the menu bar, click
Utilities > Global Edits > Users
.
The Global User Edit dialog box appears with the Selection Criteria tab
selected.
2. In the Users section, click
Select
to choose users.
3. In the Areas section, click
Select
or
All
to edit areas.
4. In the Privilege Templates section, click
Select
or
All
to edit templates.
5. In the User Title section, click
Select
or
All
to edit the user title.
6. In the User Expiration Date section, enter the date on which the logins expire.
7. To review the list of users who match the selected criteria, click
Review
Selection
, review the list of users, and click
Done
.
NOTE
Note the legend at the bottom of the dialog box. Each check box can have three
values (instead of the usual two values): On, Off, or No Change. No Change
means that the field retains its current value and is not affected by the edit.
The Clear Selection button clears the dialog box.
NOTE
When making updates based on Area selection, a progress bar appears.
Updating the area section can take up to 90 seconds to process, depending on
the number of devices being updated.
