Changing Registered Information
To change information registered for recipient and group dial, follow the procedure below.
1. Check that printer is turned on. 1.
2. Select Fax on the HOME screen. 2.

3. Select Menu . 3.
4. Select Directory . 4.
5. Select Add directory entry . 5.
6. Change the registered information. 6.
• To change the recipient's information: •
1. Select an ID number of recipients to change. 1.
2. Select Edit . 2.
3. Select a registration method. 3.
4. Change the recipient's fax/telephone number. 4.
Entering Numbers, Letters, and Symbols
◦ From outgoing call log is selected as the registration method: ◦
The screen to select the fax/telephone number from the outgoing call logs is displayed.
After you select a fax/telephone number the editing screen is displayed. Change the
recipient's fax/telephone number, then select
Next .
◦ From incoming call log is selected as the registration method: ◦
The screen to select the fax/telephone number or the name from the incoming call logs
is displayed. After you select a fax/telephone number or a name, the editing screen is
displayed. Change the recipient's fax/telephone number.
