REDIAL ALL FAILED All redialing attempts have
failed. Check if the recipient’s
number is correct or the
telephone cable is properly
connected, and try again.
SAME GROUP DIAL KEY The selected one-touch
speed dialing button is
already used as the group
dialing button it is being
assigned to. Select a different one-touch
speed dialing button.
SET DOCUMENT No document was set on the
machine when [Start] was
pressed. (only in the copy
mode) Load a document.
SET DOC. No document was set on the
machine when [Start] was
pressed. (only in the fax
mode) Load a document.
SUB OR PWD ERROR The remote machine does
not have a subaddress and/
or password set up. Ask the other party to set a
subaddress and/or password
in their machine.
SYSTEM ERROR (Exxx) A system error has occurred.
<xxx> will be a three-digit
code that indicates a
particular type of error. Unplug the machine. Wait for
at least five seconds and
reconnect the power cord. If
the message persists,
contact your local authorized
Canon dealer or the Canon
help line.
THE PARTY IS FULL Maximum number of
recipients (131) were
entered for broadcasting or
polling.
Maximum number of
recipients (50) were
registered in a one-touch
speed dialing button for
group dialing. Resend the document to
other recipients if necessary.
Register a different
one-touch speed dialing
button for group dialing.
